154th Street Reconstruction Project

This project was voted on by city council and pushed by Mayor Clark without consulting residents and businesses first. According to bills lists from city council, we know that the consultant company Antero Group, a campaign donor of Mayor Clark's, has been paid $40k a month for this project for several months. What are they being paid for? What happened to the estimated $500k worth of historic bricks torn up and removed from the street? Why was this good street torn up when several others in horrible shape could have been resurfaced for the same price?
